Anxiety and Other Uncomfortable Feelings: Five Facts About Your Anxiety and How to Overcome It

Clem has become something of a specialist in anxiety and anxiety-related problems over recent years. His first book, titled ‘ANXIETY AND OTHER UNCOMFORTABLE FEELINGS” is available in paperback or ebook on Amazon and all popular online stores.
In this book, he clarifies the true nature of anxiety in a very insightful way using very simple language – ideal for anyone who is currently struggling with anxiety or unwanted behaviour, or for relatives and loved ones who are looking to understand what is occurring within the mind of someone close to them.
The book is made of four parts:
- Part 1 explains the nature of feelings and how the uncomfortable feeling that describes the condition commonly known as anxiety is created.
- Part 2 provides an incredibly simple method by which you can ease, or even eliminate your anxiety by “listening” and “understanding” the nature of that feeling.
- Part 3 provides “10 real-life stories” about clients who have come to Celtic Hypnosis for help with a variety of Anxiety related problems and have achieved incredible success over their condition.
Clem even shares the secret of his success by revealing a 7-Step method that readers can apply at home on their own to achieve similar success.
“After reading this book, you will recognise that your anxiety, or uncomfortable feeling, has been influencing your behaviour in ways that you would never have anticipated. Your anxiety has been providing the notes through which your life has been orchestrated, without your even being aware of it.”
